Recommended Use Options:
Before Training: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water.
After Training: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water immediately after training.
Non-Training Days: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water between meal(s).
